JOB SUMMARY
The Training Supervisor will manage the team’s day-to-day training development and delivery tasks. Assist in the creation and maintaining of training processes, methods and materials to maintain modern and innovative training programs; oversees the planning, development and implementation of a variety of training programs and classes; responsible for ensuring trainings preparation is complete before training occurs, including ensuring equipment, materials, facilities, and other resources are in good work order. • Participates with other departments/divisions in identifying training needs and designing programs to impact the organization's needs; may conduct surveys or meetings to identify training needs. • Manages and coaches training specialists in day-to-day program needs, conducts classroom observations, and provides feedback. Maintains up to date training records and coordinates training with LMS Administrators. Identifies and schedules qualified instructors to conduct training, and coordinates facilities needed.

The position is a remote role and reports directly to the Training Senior Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
  • Instructional design techniques and standards
  • Training team management
  • Deadlines and schedules
  • Manages training teams by coaching, developing, and evaluating performance of trainers, and establishing priorities.
  • Managing training needs identification and consulting with account managers to set business priorities.
  • Conducts advanced level training for supervisors regarding products, tools, and processes.
  • Liaises with vendors and stakeholders to bridge training gaps.
  • Reviews and designs training content.
  • Responsible for reviewing and/or validating online courses in the LMS (Learning Management System).
  • Provides reports and analysis on training investment, including dashboards with stakeholders.
  • Other job responsibilities as directed by management
 
REQUIREMENTS
  • Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in education, personnel, business, public administration, communications, or a related field supplemented with experience or 3 plus years in Pharma, Healthcare, Insurance, Training, Learning and Development 
  • Experience in LMS and Content Creation
  • Background in Articulate and Instructional Design
  • Advanced level in Microsoft suite
  • Management of people and processes
  • Knowledge of blended training materials (job aids, guides, online modules, online help, ILT, and webinars)
  • Advanced analysis
  • Testing
  • Superb writing skills
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills
  • Knowledge of ISD and ADDIE principles
  • Training and consulting
  • Bi-Lingual a plus -must be able to pass testing requirement. 

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $40k-60k annually.
