What You’ll Do
  • Set and deliver on the long-term vision for inside sales, driving enterprise growth and transformation.
  • Lead and develop sales teams to achieve ambitious organizational goals.
  • Oversee customer retention and renewal strategies for maximum enterprise impact.
  • Build coalitions and influence senior stakeholders across the organization.
  • Represent Edmentum at high-level industry forums and events.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, inclusion, and performance.
  • Deploy proven inside sales models and playbooks to drive scale and maximize results across cross-sell, upsell, and net new opportunities.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales managers and sellers.
  • Leverage and optimize sales technology stack (Clari, Groove, Forecasting, CoPilot) to drive performance and forecasting accuracy.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and agility in response to market changes and evolving business needs.
Who You Are
  • You have a bachelor’s degree and extensive executive-level inside sales experience.
  • You have demonstrated success in running an organized inside sales playbook, driving scale, and deploying proven models for cross-sell, upsell, and net new business.
  • You are a proven leader of sales managers, with a track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing leaders and sellers.
  • Experience with sales tech stack (Clari, Groove, Forecasting, CoPilot) is a big plus.
  • You show adaptability and respond quickly in an ever-changing market.
  • You are a proven leader of national sales organizations with significant enterprise impact.
  • You have a track record of driving transformational change and stakeholder alignment.
  • You are skilled in strategic planning, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • You communicate and influence with clarity and impact.
  • You thrive in complex, ambiguous environments and deliver long-term results.

Pay range for this role:
$180,000—$210,000 USD

Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
