Essential Functions and Responsibilities: 
  • Assists in the administration of cutting-edge processes and services to increase and improve the student experience.
  • Fosters and utilizes innovative approaches to problems and functionality for all key stakeholders.
  • Owns technologies focusing on student success and scalability while supporting student-focused user experience.
  • Collaborates with developers, designers, testing, and product management to develop features and innovative approaches to applications and features.
  • Establishes a balance between strategic planning and initiatives with development, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
  • Identifies system redundancies and inefficiencies and proposes innovative, cost-effective solutions.
  • Works with internal customers to gather business processes and project requirements.
  • Serves as system administrator for the OnBase environments, performing system administration, configuration, and support tasks.
  • Handles all basic administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
  • Completes regular internal system audits and prepares for upgrades.
  • Manages data feeds and other integrations.
  • Works with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.
  • Effectively acts as the liaison between our users, vendors, and the application development teams.
  • Works independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements.
  • Resolves issues submitted to the ticketing systems.
  • Creates and maintains documentation for infrastructure systems, policies and procedures (e.g. OnBase.
  • Maintains data integrity in related platforms (e.g. ECS).
  • Works closely with the team, the application manager, and the infrastructure team to resolve system issues.
  • Participate in and serve as a resource for related projects (e.g., ECS).
  • May be required to work occasional evenings and weekend hours to support production releases and resolve system issues.
  • Responsible for 24/7/365 on-call technical duties (rotating schedule).
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Experience with workflows such as OnBase and Perceptive Content.

  • Experience with User Group maintenance in all related systems (e.g., ECS).

Job Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of prior relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ Years of experience in OnBase Development Experience
  • 2+ OnBase Workflow Experience
  • Experienced knowledge of the ECS systems (OnBase)
  • At least 5 years or more of application development experience in IT
  • OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA)
  • OnBase Certified Workflow Developer (OCWA)
  • OnBase Certified Workview Developer (OCWV)
  • Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Position & Application Details
