Required Qualifications: Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position.  | Required Bachelor’s Degree Information Systems, Business Analytics, or relative experience Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience administering Slate CRM in higher education and integration with student information systems. Demonstrated expertise in advanced Slate configuration including data structures, rules, automations, portals, and communication workflows Working knowledge of Banner Student Information System and enterprise system integration concepts Strong technical problem-solving and analytical abilities Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences Proven project management skills with experience leading complex system initiatives Understanding of middleware solutions and API-based data exchange between enterprise systems Applicant must be a current TXST staff member
