Description & Requirements
Maximus is seeking a Talent Acquisition (TA) results-driven professional to support the development of training solutions related to TA system enhancements and workflow updates. This role involves creating engaging e-learning content, contributing to user acceptance testing (UAT), providing training support to end users and consistently delivering high-quality materials within tight deadlines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and develop e-learning and blended learning content and ensure future accessibility of training materials.
- Monitor content for consistency, accuracy, clarity, ease-of-navigation and evolving best practices for user experience and interface.
- Design and develop ongoing training materials for system enhancements, releases, initiatives, and workflows.
- Consult with internal stakeholders to identify new requirements and strategies.
- Capture and diagram workflow processes.
- Adjust throughout the project to ensure the successful attainment of the learning and training objectives.
- Manage the development and refinement of data tracking processes.
- Public speaking experience with the ability to deliver engaging content to small and large audiences across multiple formats (e.g., in-person instruction, virtual sessions, video, and other digital platforms)
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate training content and ensure alignment with functional system requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams during testing phases to identify and resolve content-related issues.
- Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities to ensure deliverables are completed on time.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with Avature's applicant tracking system (ATS) to support user training, system enhancements, and process optimization.
- Demonstrated Talent Acquisition experience.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
