The Role:
We are looking for our next Talent Development & Learning Manager, within our Americas Center of Excellence (COE) team. The Talent Development & Learning Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization. This role will also lead Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives for the Americas. This role oversees and executes Global talent management programs, succession planning, performance management, and employee development initiatives in the Americas to ensure Roquette has the human capital needed to achieve strategic objectives.
This position is located in Geneva, IL.

Compensation:
The current salary range for this role is estimated to be $143,545-$194,300. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation. The specific compensation offered to a candidate will be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

What You’ll Do:
  • Talent Strategy Development
    • Collaborate with senior leadership and Global partners to assess the organization’s current and future talent needs.
    • Develop comprehensive talent management strategies aligned with business objectives and corporate policies.
  • Succession Planning
    • Design and implement succession planning processes to identify and develop internal talent for key positions.
    • Work with department heads to create career pathways and development plans for high-potential employees.
  • Performance Management
    • Oversee the performance management process, ensuring it is effectively linked to business goals.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance appraisal techniques and feedback delivery.
  • Talent Development
    • Develop and implement training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and competencies in line with Global business objectives.
    • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Talent Acquisition
    • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless and strategic approach to attracting top talent.
  • Employee Engagement
    • Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, leading to an engaged workforce.
    • Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to understand employee needs and improve workplace culture.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Use HR analytics to track and report on talent management metrics.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive strategic decisions.
  • Leadership Development
    • Design and implement leadership development programs to cultivate future leaders.
    • Identify external and internal training resources to support leadership growth.
  • Diversity and Inclusion
    • Develop and implement strategies that foster a diverse, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture where all associates feel valued and respected.
    • Champion equitable talent management practices that attract, develop, and retain a diverse workforce.
  • Change Management
    • Support organizational change initiatives by ensuring talent management practices align with evolving industry trends.
  • Budget Management
    • Oversee the budget for talent management programs and initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

What You’ll Need:
      Education:          
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • SHRM or related certification a plus.
      Experience:
  • Proven experience in talent management, HR strategy, or a similar leadership role, preferably for a Global organization.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, legal regulations, and DEI principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in HR systems and tools.
Business Travel:
  • Travel may be required up to 20% for training, workshops, or recruitment events.
