Job description

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Talent Management and Learning Specialist to support the smooth delivery and continuous improvement of our talent programs, learning operations, and employee experience processes. Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Development and Learning, this role is pivotal in coordinating key talent processes such as onboarding, performance management, engagement surveys, and learning operations.

This role blends attention to operational detail with a service mindset and a passion for creating great employee experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited to serve as a central point of contact for systems, resources, and execution across core talent programs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Onboarding & Orientation Support
  • Coordinate the scheduling, logistics, and communication for new hire onboarding and orientation sessions.
  • Maintain up-to-date onboarding materials and ensure alignment with the employee lifecycle experience.
  • Serve as a point of contact for new hires regarding onboarding tools and logistics.

2. Employee Engagement Survey Administration
  • Collaborate with internal partners to support the execution of the bi-annual employee engagement survey.
  • Coordinate survey setup, testing, calendar invites, and communication support.
  • Triage Tier 2 survey-related questions, escalating as needed and tracking resolution themes.
  • Align with Employee Listening Lead (e.g., Amy) to ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly reflected and maintained.

3. Learning & Talent Development Coordination
  • Manage logistical coordination and scheduling for enterprise-wide learning programs, including leadership development, compliance training, and core curriculum.
  • Maintain learning calendar and manage LMS setup, reporting, and participant communications.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal facilitators to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Monitor participation and feedback data to support program evaluation and continuous improvement.

4. Performance Appraisal Cycle Support
  • Coordinate the preparation and communications for the annual performance review process.
  • Provide Tier 2 support for manager and employee questions on performance tools, timelines, and expectations.
  • Partner with HRBPs and systems teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation and system readiness.

5. Talent Process Continuous Improvement 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all talent, learning, and engagement process documentation and maintenance on internal platforms (e.g., The HUB).
  • Manage knowledge articles, ensure translations are current, and partner with content owners to drive clarity and usability.
  • Proactively identify content gaps or outdated resources and implement updates accordingly

Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, talent development, or learning coordination roles.
  • Experience supporting HR or talent processes such as onboarding, performance management, or engagement surveys.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Workday Learning, Cornerstone), survey tools (e.g., Glint, Qualtrics), and HRIS systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complexity into clear, accessible content.
  • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive data with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
  • Proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or other internal knowledge platforms
  • Familiarity with global processes or managing document translations across regions
  • Prior exposure to learning analytics, performance tools, or knowledge management best practices

Pay Range
The salary range for this position in local currency is 56900.00 - 105700.00
