Teaching and Learning Coordinator 
Remote / Full-time—Great Plains/Mountain Region—Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Kansas—We would like you to have access to a large airport to help with travel, but it is not necessary.

A day in the life of a TLC at Kami... 
  • Interact with educators and administrators via phone and online
  • Demonstrate the use of the product 
  • Research prospects and existing customers, identify key stakeholders, generate interest, grow usage, and develop accounts
  • Track, optimize, and grow usage: Monitor key usage metrics, assess the impact of your connections with customers, and share insights and recommendations to keep usage growing and build our user base.
  • Qualify prospects and facilitate an introduction to their regional Account Executive 
  • Manage prospect inquiries and overcome objections
  • Become a trusted resource for educators and administrators
  • Provide feedback to leadership to ensure constant process improvement
  • Consistently achieve agreed goals

You have...
• Experience in Education technology as a trainer, technology coach, or educator
• Experience working in a high-energy environment
• A passion for educating, helping, and inspiring people
• A consultative approach and the ability to influence and direct a conversation
• The skills to clearly articulate product values and benefits
• A knack for asking great questions to uncover problems with a prospect’s current environment
• College degree
• The drive to be a self-starter
• A track record of success and being a valued team player
