The school is seeking a passionate educator with deep technical insurance expertise to join our team. In this role, you’ll facilitate high-quality training programs for both Business Insurance and Personal Insurance.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver training—virtually and in-person—on commercial and personal insurance products to producers and account managers.
- Create and evolve technical insurance curricula tailored to adult learners.
- Keep content fresh and relevant by aligning with industry trends and agency needs.
- Manage CE credit processing, lesson planning, multimedia tools, student communications, evaluations, and personalized feedback.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of Commercial Business underwriting experience is required (agency or carrier background a plus)
- Experience in technical insurance training, curriculum development (a plus)
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Business acumen and customer-centric mindset
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
Work Arrangement Hybrid or remote, with up to 25% travel. Candidates who live near one of our office locations will have the expectation of working in an office three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). Candidates who do not live near an office will have a remote work arrangement, with the expectation of coming into an office as business needs arise.
