What You'll Do Here
As a Technical Solutions Partner, you will lead projects and use data and processes to maintain and improve business operations. You will own key areas of our tech stack, primarily focused on Salesforce, and business areas where you’ll set the direction for new technical initiatives, monitoring and ongoing optimization.
Strategy, planning and delivery: Identify new opportunities for improvement. Scope and manage technical deliveries related to these improvements.
Implementation and Execution: Be responsible for implementation solutions to a business need including larger technology/data projects.
Monitoring and optimization: Keep the engine running, proactively identify areas in need of optimization and deliver on improvements in alignment with business needs and our tech systems. Establish and enforce best practices, processes and governance standards.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions, ensuring alignment between needs and the solution.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Owns, maintains, and optimizes Salesforce CRM
- Independently leads design, development, testing and deployment of new processes or tools from end-to-end
- Enable decisions that move our business goals forward while understanding associated risks and implications.
- Supports initiatives through research, consultation, management, support and implementation of improved processes that directly impact business outcomes.
- Expertly manages a sophisticated multi-phase project that touches stakeholders across departments.
- Mentors and trains new teammates in processes and tools
- Provides independent operational support to partners.
- Maintains and enhances data quality. Proactively seeks out new data sources per business needs.
- Communicates and works well with both technical and non-technical team members, communicating directly with business partners using data to influence their decisions
- Identifies, builds and maintains key operational metrics.
- Evaluates tools or processes to find ways to improvement
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience including marketing and sales analysis, operations, or management consulting
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce CRM
- Solid understanding of SaaS marketing tools (e.g. Marketing Cloud, 6sense)
- Experience with business insights (e.g. Qlik, Google Data Studio, Tableau, PowerBI)
- Shown ability in leading projects and mentoring others
- Strong problem-solving toolkit with an ability to turn business problems into projects
- Clear and concise written communicator
- Effective at leading alignment meetings across teams
- Diligent with a good work ethic
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.$88,000.00 - $105,000.00 USD
