The Mould Assembly & Qualification department in Eng&Q has a development team validate robustness of new platforms, technologies, materials and New Ways of Working. Our validation secure that we can transfer new platforms, technologies, materials and New Ways of Working into our industrialized global set-up for Qualifying moulds. 

It is our ambition to improve performance and efficiency by increasing speed in execution, create learnings for the organization upstream and improve quality and reduce productivity through validation of new platforms, technologies and New Ways of Working.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Interact with internal stakeholders across the LEGO Group to make sure you understand our production platforms and future roadmap and to be able to decide the best solution on behalf of the entire value chain.
  • Ensure the right element quality, risk reduction and solid solutions through your process knowledge.
  • Search for Lean improvement opportunities and share best practice across functions and across borders.
  • Always looking for ways to improve the process and the way we handle things.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience within moulding and moulds.
  • Ability to take a holistic approach when troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • You can translate data and do analysis.
  • You communicate in English both in speak and writing.
  • You have an End to end perspective.
  • Drive projects.
  • Use the SIX SIGMA methodology.
  • Lean manufacturing tools.
  • Design programs (TS VIEW and Team Center)
  • Experience using SAP.
