Clutch is looking for a Technical Trainer for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:
  • Design in-person and classroom-based technical training.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date manuals, exercises, and presentations.
  • Extract data from technical drawings, 3D models, and pneumatic/hydraulic schematics to create instructional content.
  • Create documentation using XML-based platforms and traditional tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, FrameMaker, or Microsoft Word.
  • Oversee the development of technical illustrations by coordinating with Designers and vendors, using AutoCAD, Catia Composer, and Photoshop.
  • Manage the end-to-end editorial process, including client feedback and ensuring all deliverables meet company and CMS standards.
  • Monitor and report on project insights, timing, and metrics to leadership and executives.
  • Travel to client for training delivery, workshops, and meetings.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years in technical training required for consideration.
  • Ability to interpret complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
  • Familiarity with XML-based Content Management Systems and 2D graphic applications (Adobe CC: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Strong ability to translate technical terms into clear instruction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering strongly preferred!
  • Previous experience in the railway or machinery sectors preferred!
