The Technology Readiness Manager would support 1-3 school assessment contracts.

The Technology Readiness Manager (TRM) is… accountable for E2E readiness, covering data, communications, and system setup. Acting as vital piece between technical teams and Program Delivery, TRMs ensure each program is accurately configured. Their involvement helps drive the smooth and timely execution of all technology dependent activities.

Delivery Lead Roles are responsible for the backlog and fulfilment of work, measuring maturity, and continuous improvement. Involved in the day-to-day management of work and alignment to standard processes and common practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting and reviewing project schedules
  • Creating and monitoring workflow JIRAS for product and project groups
  • Capturing, reviewing, and approving requirements
  • Configuration of ADAM and LaunchPad
  • Completing production readiness
  • Technology escalation
  • Technology financial forecasting
  • Primary contact for Technology related issues or questions
  • Customer Facing – Revenue generating

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York State, New York City, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:

The minimum full-time salary range is between $85,000 - $95,000.
