Highlights

Maintain and configure enterprise IT management tools such as Lansweeper, SCCM, Jamf, Windows Defender, Bomgar/BeyondTrust, and Box, and train other IT staff when new tools are introduced.
Keep applications and infrastructure available by developing procedures for ongoing server and systems management.
Act as the point of contact for faculty, staff, and students needing help with hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices, and track requests with SPHHP Technology Services, UBIT, and vendors.
Support workstation deployments, onboarding and offboarding, office moves, equipment replacement, and technology asset management.
Provide classroom, conference room, and event technology support, including instructional technologies, audiovisual systems, lecture capture, setup, testing, and troubleshooting.
Maintain operational documentation and reporting, and support meetings, events, and special projects that need technology or facilities resources.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, plus three years of technology, operations, or related experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printer, and audiovisual issues.
Preferred experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, SCCM, Power Automate, PowerShell, hybrid meeting tools, and research and lab technology environments.
Salary range of $70,000 to $75,000.
