- Analyze reports to ensure awarding and disbursement accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with other institutions to resolve Pell Multiple Reporting Records (MRRs).
- Process and monitor the Transient Study Program and perform Return of Federal Funds (R2T4) calculations.
- Answer questions regarding federal financial aid programs and review student records for eligibility and compliance.
- Collect and provide data reports to senior management and meet critical federal and state deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; excellent written and interpersonal communication skills required.
- Requires a college degree or equivalent experience, one year related office experience preferred; experience in higher education financial aid preferred.
- Full-time temporary position with pay range $16.00 to $20.00 per hour for a 9-month assignment.
- Position is within the Academic Affairs division, Enrollment Management department, Financial Aid Operations unit.
