Trainer – Albany (Hybrid)

Summary:
Looking for a Trainer/Instructional Designer to create and deliver engaging, accessible training content across various formats and platforms.

Top Skills:
  • 4–7 years training experience
  • SCORM-compliant eLearning, OnDemand video, job aids
  • Instructional design (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy)
  • LMS platforms (e.g., SLMS)
  • Accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Health & Human Services experience
  • KPI tracking and assessment design
  • Certification in instructional design or adult learning (preferred)

Responsibilities:

Work Setup:
50% hybrid in Albany; must be onsite first day.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
