Responsibilities

The L&D Associate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of continuing professional education tracking, reporting and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. This role will also assist in coordinating internal learning programs and supporting the broader L&D function.
Please note this role is 100% remote/WFH eligible with some travel (up to 5%). U.S. based candidates only. This role requires experience with LCVista and CPA & CPA licensure and requirements.
- Coordinate technical and professional development training programs by managing participants, facilitators, program schedule and logistical requirements
- Ensure CPE compliance for internal training course programs
- Administration and upkeep of LMS system (LCvista) and other learning tools and content libraries
- This includes tasks such as entering and updating program and session records, assigning training, tracking attendance, creating reports, editing and uploading recordings
- Understand various state CPA, AICPA, IRS Enrolled Agent continuing education requirements and NASBA guidelines
- Track jurisdictional CPE compliance and completion of learning plans and other assigned training
- Coordinate all license and membership renewals
- Manage training calendar, department’s email inbox, and L&D files and documentation; address learner inquiries
- Foster vendor relationships through clear communications and regular follow-ups
- Provide onsite conference and classroom training support, as needed
- Assist the Learning & Development department with various projects, as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum Education Requirement- Bachelor’s Degree
- LMS Administration using LCvista is a must
- Familiarity with CPA licensure and CPE requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- At least two years of experience assisting in business training, professional development, research and workshops
