Location: Hybrid – Westborough, MA (2–3 days onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Travel: Required to multiple Massachusetts locations (mileage reimbursed from Westborough)
Employment Type: Temporary / Medical Leave Coverage (6+ months)
Pay Rate: $35-$50 per hour

Position Summary
An established educational organization is seeking an experienced Training & Change Management Specialist to design, deliver, and manage comprehensive training programs supporting administrative and financial compliance. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure employees have the knowledge and tools needed to operate effectively within policies, systems, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs covering policies, procurement procedures, travel & expense processes, and other compliance requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate training initiatives, including gathering requirements, documenting needs, and supporting program design and delivery.
  • Provide hands-on training for financial and administrative systems, including ERP platforms, procurement tools, travel & expense systems (e.g., Concur), and budgeting software.
  • Support new technology and process implementations by developing training collaterals such as job aids, user guides, and training presentations.
  • Foster strong lateral relationships across Admin & Finance teams and key stakeholders.
  • Partner with Controllers, HR, IT, Procurement, and other department leaders to identify training gaps and improve knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with process subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop specialized and role-based training programs.
  • Develop and implement metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and learner outcomes.
  • Provide supervisory guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
  • Manage training projects from initiation through completion.

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience designing and delivering Admin & Finance or financial systems training.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, procurement platforms, and travel & expense tools.
  • Demonstrated experience developing ADA-compliant training materials and programs.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Ability to translate complex policies and systems into clear, effective training.
  • Experience in mentoring or supervising junior staff is preferred.
