This role involves conducting virtual training sessions, collaborating with various departments to understand training needs, and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of training products. The specialist will also manage project deliverables, integrate vendor content into the learning management system, and use data-driven decisions to improve training outcomes. Strong instructional design, project management, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage training products in collaboration with internal and external team members.
  • Transform raw content into various engaging, effective, and interactive training materials. This may include developing e-Learning course content, GIFS, videos, quizzes, job aids, and micro-training.
  • Conduct interactive virtual training.
  • Increase employee adoption and productivity by creating training products that improve awareness and capabilities of Corporate Technology-supported applications.
  • Produce project deliverables relative to the project scope on schedule.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Stakeholders, and Subject Matter Experts to understand needs and recommend training and development solutions that increase adoption.
  • Develop a core curriculum to support Corporate Technology Products and Services offered.
  • Curate and integrate existing training content from our Vendor(s) into Workday Learning (PCG LMS).
  • Manage daily project functions through an agile scrum approach.
  • Collaborate with User Acceptance Testers to ensure quality assurance, ease of use, and overall visual and interactive appeal.
  • Assist in gathering system/process data and collaborate with Corporate Technology’s Communication Manager to tell a compelling story to the firm about the value Corporate Technology provides.

Compensation:
Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.  As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role below. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
