  • Partner with Service, Engineering, Applications, Manufacturing, Quality, and other subject matter experts to capture technical knowledge and convert it into structured training and documentation.
  • Create and maintain technical manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, troubleshooting guides, process documentation, job aids, presentations, and other learning materials.
  • Design training content for a variety of delivery methods, including instructor-led training, virtual training, e-learning, hands-on instruction, videos, and self-guided learning.
  • Facilitate technical training sessions and workshops as needed for employees and other applicable audiences.
  • Establish consistent standards and templates for technical documentation and training materials across the organization.
  • Coordinate the review, approval, revision, and release of technical documentation to ensure materials remain accurate and current as products and processes evolve.
  • Support onboarding and technical development programs for Service Engineers and other technical employees.
  • Develop assessments, knowledge checks, practical evaluations, or other methods to measure training effectiveness and employee competency.
  • Maintain training records, curricula, course materials, certifications, and other documentation within applicable learning or document management systems.
  • Gather feedback from trainees, managers, SMEs, and other stakeholders and use those insights to continuously improve training programs and documentation.
  • Support documentation and training requirements associated with quality systems, audits, regulatory requirements, and internal standards.
  • Coordinate training projects involving multiple departments, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the accessibility and efficiency of technical knowledge through digital learning tools, knowledge-management platforms, and emerging technologies.
  • Help establish a scalable knowledge-transfer process that captures critical expertise from experienced employees and makes it available to the broader organization.
  • Collaborate with global teams to promote consistency between North American and global training and documentation practices while accommodating regional business needs.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
