As Content Developer, you'll create innovative and inclusive educational resources and trainings for KinderCare Learning Center’s teachers, with a strong focus on DEI principles. This role involves collaboration with the Education Content team and cross-functional departments to develop high-quality, impactful professional development content for teachers of infants to elementary age children.

Requirements:
  • Generate innovative ideas and solutions based on field needs.
  • Develop and craft outstanding, diverse learning materials and trainings.
  • Adhere to the department style guide and ensure all content is copyedited and clean.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and represent the Educational Content team in corporate initiatives.
  • Engage in professional development to improve skills and innovative thinking.
  • Report on timelines and results to the Teacher Professional Development Manager.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Instructional Design, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills with self-editing ability.
  • Ability to run projects from concept to implementation and develop resources for diverse audiences and purposes.
  • Teaching experience in group care or classroom settings.
  • Expertise in adult learning principles, curriculum design, and DEI principles.
  • Experience or willingness to learn various delivery methods and technology platforms for digital content delivery.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
