Overview
Our client, in the life sciences industry, is seeking a consultant to lead and coordinate enterprise-wide training management processes with a strong focus on compliance and adoption. This role emphasizes oversight of training assignments, compliance tracking, and learning program administration. In addition, the consultant will guide document management efforts, supporting the rollout of new SOPs and policies, and serve as the expert on Veeva Vault Document Change Control workflows and Learning Management System (LMS) administration.

Responsibilities
  • Design, coordinate, and monitor training assignments across the enterprise to ensure compliance readiness.
  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS): assign courses, track completions, troubleshoot user issues, and maintain accurate records.
  • Partner with Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure training programs meet GxP and other regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the rollout of new SOPs and controlled documents, ensuring alignment with training programs.
  • Act as the subject-matter expert on Veeva Vault Document Change Control and its integration with training processes.
  • Develop communication and training plans to drive adoption of new policies and processes.
  • Regularly analyze training effectiveness and compliance metrics; recommend and implement improvements.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on training requirements and compliance obligations.

Qualifications
  • Strong, hands-on experience in training management within a regulated industry.
  • Proven expertise in LMS administration (assignments, compliance reporting, troubleshooting).
  • Practical knowledge of Veeva Vault Document Change Control workflows.
  • Familiarity with GxP compliance and other regulatory training standards.
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide training programs.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
  • Consulting or life sciences/regulated industry experience preferred.

Start: Sep 15
Duration:  2 months, with possibility of extension
Time commitment:  5 days per week
Location: Remote, East coast hours
Expected range: US$120 – $150 per hour
