Overview
Responsibilities
- Assists in maintaining updates to new employee orientation and onboarding programs and serves as room moderator as needed
- Manages all LMS administration, maintaining all LMS data current and up to date to ensure accurate data is being fed into the system for accurate reporting
- Manages and updates all materials including maintenance of LMS and company curricula
- Manages and owns all learning communications to communicate learning offerings
- Designs and develops training and course materials as needed
- Supports creation and distribution of mandatory training completion reports
- Creates online learning modules using best practices for e-Learning
- Monitors and ensures compliance with required workplace training and education
- Manages and provides materials inventory for all talent events
- Coordinates all talent event logistics and supports Castle events as needed
- Responsible for completing project tasks efficiently, ensuring all project deadlines, milestones, and deliverables are met
- Supports the Annual Awards program logistics and organization of awards for the company
- Delivers and facilitates training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques as needed
- Always maintains professional image and confidentiality of all company records and information.
- May perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Associates degree with concentration in business or human resources management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years, in a training or human resources role; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working with learning management systems and content development preferred.
- Extreme attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Outstanding customer service, and interpersonal skills required.
- Strong computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software required; specifically, knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment. Work and use time effectively based on key priorities, under tight deadlines while maintaining composure.
- Ability to engage and influence people
- Bi-lingual preferred (Spanish/English)
