The Opportunity
We're seeking a meticulous Training Coordinator to join our team at Iru. In this part-time role, you'll be responsible for coordinating and managing our training programs, ensuring seamless execution of learning initiatives that support our customer certification program. This position requires someone who thrives on organization, communicates with clarity and precision, and can juggle multiple training projects simultaneously.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee end-to-end logistics for training programs, ensuring seamless execution from planning through completion
  • Schedule training sessions and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Manage training materials, resources, and documentation
  • Maintain and update the training calendar
  • Prepare and distribute training materials in advance of sessions
  • Manage and maintain the learning management system (LMS)
  • Collect and analyze participant feedback to evaluate training effectiveness
  • Track participation, attendance, and completion rates
  • Identify opportunities to improve training programs, processes, and overall participant experience

What You'll Bring
  • Around 5 years or more of project management experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Outstanding written communication skills, including the ability to craft clear, professional correspondence
  • Experience creating comprehensive documentation and translating complex information into accessible content
  • Strong ability to anticipate needs, proactively identify potential issues, and keep projects on track with minimal supervision
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) preferred
  • Previous experience in training coordination strongly preferred
