The Training Delivery Manager  is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging and effective training programs on a specialized subject matter. They will assess training needs, create curriculum and materials, and facilitate learning experiences that enhance knowledge and skills within a specific domain.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $144,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Capability Assessment: Proactively diagnose current and assess future-state skill requirements and identify skill gaps for an operations vertical within the GOC to create a skill development roadmap
  • Curriculum Development and Content Creation: Develop and design comprehensive training curriculum, incorporating diverse learning methodologies and adult learning principles. Use a variety of formats, including modules, presentations, handouts, and interactive exercises, to create engaging and informative training materials. Regularly update and revise training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Training Delivery: Oversee and implement a wide range of training delivery methods, including classroom sessions, online modules, webinars, and workshops. Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other technologies to enhance training delivery and track learner progress
  • Learning impact Assessment: Design and implement comprehensive assessments to measure learning outcomes and evaluate the overall effectiveness of training programs. Leverage data-driven insights from evaluations and assessments to showcase value and optimize learning investments
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Forge and nurture strategic relationships with senior operations leaders, Subject Matter Experts and external vendor partners to keep up-to-date with business and operations needs, industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the relevant domain
  • Collaborative Leader: Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop teams while effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10-12 Years Experience: Progressive experience within the marketing domain.
  • Strategic Thinking & Data-Driven Insights: Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a proven ability to use data for insights, strategies, and decisions
  • Project Management & Collaboration: Strong organizational and project management skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams (sales, product, creative, developer) and with external vendors
  • Communication & Influence: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and influence stakeholders in adopting modern learning practices within Marketing
  • Learning Technologies: Experienced in using learning technologies and digital platforms for global capability development to create and deliver engaging training
  • Sales & Marketing Acumen: Possess deep expertise in Sales/Marketing, applying it to global strategy, trend identification, and capability development

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Email Marketing & Automation: Expertise in email marketing best practices, including segmentation, automation, and performance analysis. Proficient in various email technologies and digital marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Marketing Cloud)
  • Campaign Strategy & Google Ads: Deep understanding of developing comprehensive marketing campaign strategies (objectives, audience, messaging, channels) with comprehensive knowledge of Google Ads
  • Analytics & Process Management: Skilled in interpreting marketing analytics for performance tracking and optimization, and in establishing efficient marketing workflows and processes
  • Certification and experience with project management methodologies
  • Marketo certification preferred, or the ability to obtain within 3 months of role start
  • Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and data visualization tools 
  • Six Sigma or equivalent certification
