Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft.
Summary:
Join the Microsoft Philanthropies Skills for Social Impact Team as a Training Delivery Specialist on a contract basis. We are looking for a skilled individual to lead and support skilling initiatives across Microsoft technologies, focusing on Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure (Foundry, Purview, Fabric), and Power Platform. This role is perfect for someone passionate about empowering others through digital skilling and driving adoption of modern workplace tools.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver skilling strategies, workshops and learning pathways tailored to diverse audiences.
- Develop and curate training content, workshops, and resources on:
- Microsoft Copilot and M365 Copilot
- Azure services including Foundry, Purview, Fabric, and AI/data capabilities
- Power Platform tools including PowerApps, Power Automate, and low-code/no-code solutions
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., NGOs, nonprofits, or global organizations) to assess learning needs and deliver impactful skilling programs.
- Track learner engagement, feedback, and outcomes to continuously improve offerings.
- Stay current with Microsoft product updates and integrate new capabilities into learning plans.
- Act as a trusted advisor and evangelist for digital transformation through skilling.
- Proven experience in digital skilling, learning & development, or technical enablement.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure (especially Foundry, Purview, Fabric), and Power Platform.
- Experience designing and delivering training for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Microsoft certifications in Azure, Power Platform, and/or M365.
- Experience working with nonprofit or public sector organizations.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Location: Remote
- Duration: 12 Months
- Pay Range: $49.50 - 56 per hour
- Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
