Training Deployment Specialist 
If you currently work remotely or work in a center, you may be considered to transition to a remote role with the expectation of regular travel to the corporate office and/or centers; if you are based in Charlotte, you will be required to work onsite at the corporate office.

This Is What You’ll Do:
  • Manage centralized scheduling and deployment of instructor-led training sessions in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Coordinate enrollment, session setup, calendar invites, and technical support for virtual learning sessions.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to schedule sessions and ensure they are equipped to deliver training effectively.
  • Support the delivery of Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs to strengthen SME facilitation capabilities.
  • Serve as the point of contact for operational teams, ensuring centralized training aligns with workforce planning and availability.
  • Collect and compile feedback from trainers and learners to inform future improvements Monitor DT performance during and after the program to ensure training quality and consistency.
  • Support ongoing maintenance of virtual training materials in the LMS to ensure relevance and accessibility.
  • Partner with instructional designers to implement updates and improvements as needed.
  • Communicate clearly with leadership and stakeholders regarding training timelines, expectations, and performance insights.

This Is What It Takes:     
  • Associate’s degree.
  • One (1) year of experience in training coordination, LMS management, or virtual program support.
  • Familiarity with virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and Learning Management Systems.
  • Self-starter who can work independently while maintaining alignment with broader training strategies.
  • Strong project management, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry preferred.
