SUMMARY
The Training & Development Specialist I at ABC Fitness Solutions is an entry-level role focused on supporting the implementation and administration of training programs. This position plays a crucial part in assisting the Training Team in various tasks related to training design, delivery, and evaluation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Training Program Assistance
- Assist in the development and updating of training materials, including presentations, interactive content, manuals, and online resources.
- Support the coordination of training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communications.
- Contribute to the delivery of training sessions as needed, including set-up and technical support.
Data Collection and Analysis
- Aid in the collection and organization of training-related data, including participant feedback and assessment results.
- Assist in the analysis of training effectiveness data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Help maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with team members to ensure training initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with leadership to gather input on training needs and priorities.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing training programs.
Professional Development
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in training and development.
- Seek opportunities for professional growth and skill development in areas relevant to training and development.
- Take initiative to learn new tools and techniques to improve effectiveness in supporting training initiatives.
Miscellaneous Duties
- Familiarize oneself with ABC Fitness Solutions' products and services to provide effective support during training activities.
- Identify and report any challenges or obstacles to training effectiveness to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support the Training Team and achieve organizational training objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Training, Education, Instructional Design, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated commitment to learning and professional development.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and grow in the role.

Salaries are based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and location, as well as market and business considerations. Our pay range for U.S. based candidates for this position is $50,000.00 -- $55,000.00 USD annually. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses and commissions.
