POSITION: Training & Enablement Specialist (Client-Dedicated)
COMPENSATION:Pursuant to Colorado regulations, if this job is performed in Colorado, the salary range is $72,000 - $79,000 plus bonus potential. Eligible to participate in the company benefits plan. SUMMARY
The Training & Enablement Specialist serves as the primary strategic partner for client-dedicated training and operational enablement. Working alongside the core Operations Training team, this role owns the customization, deployment, and governance of custom SOPs and training infrastructure. By bridging client-specific requirements with modern learning tools, this role ensures field teams across the client’s portfolio have the exact tools, skills, and resources needed to perform their day-to-day work confidently and effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Customization & Instructional Design
- Own the "Source of Truth" for all client-dedicated training collateral, SOPs, and client-specific playbooks, ensuring materials remain accurate and current.
- Leverage enablement technology (including Google Sites, Cornerstone LXP, and Spekit) to organize, segment, and deliver customized training content by client and onsite role.
- Partner with the VP, Student Housing Operations and operations leaders to identify skill gaps and build tailored learning paths for onboarding, upskilling, and career growth.
- Use AI tools and modern technology (including Gemini and Google Workspace AI features) to accelerate content creation, build practical learning resources, and elevate training delivery.
- Maintain content governance, ensuring all resources are clearly organized and accessible across the portfolio.
Deployment & Portfolio Transitions
- Lead training deployment for new client integrations, property acquisitions, and community dispositions, managing set-ups and de-activations.
- Collaborate with shared service stakeholders to support smooth software, policy, and technology rollouts across the portfolio of properties.
- Support field onboarding, guiding new team members through structured training paths from day one.
- Manage training participation and progress, ensuring team members complete mandatory client certifications and required modules.
Performance Metrics & Enablement Strategy
- Build and track learning metrics that connect training completion to real business outcomes, operational performance, and client satisfaction.
- Identify operational friction points across the portfolio and design targeted, practical training solutions to improve performance.
- Champion company culture and core values in every client and team interaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience leading a team in property management operations
- 1-2+ years of experience in instructional design, training, or tech enablement
- Experience with enablement software and PMS tools (such as Spekit, Cornerstone LXP, Google Sites, Entrata, RealPage, or Yardi) is required.
- Demonstrated experience supporting property transitions, client launches, or multi-site training rollouts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead virtual workshops and explain complex workflows clearly to diverse audiences.
- Tech-savvy strategic mindset, with hands-on experience using AI tools (such as Gemini and Google Workspace AI) to streamline work.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance client priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to support client rollouts, property transitions, and live workshops.
