Job Summary:We are seeking two experienced
Training & Enablement Specialists to support the Corporate Trust transformation program. These individuals will be responsible for developing and delivering end-user training for a new digital platform, ensuring both internal and external users successfully transition from legacy processes to the new solution.
This is a
5-month contract with the potential for extension, located in
Lake Mary, FL or New York, NY, or
100% Remote for those not near an office.
Key Responsibilities:·
Training Strategy & Enablement: Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to define training requirements, establish learning standards, and develop an effective enablement strategy

Content Development: Create and maintain training materials, user guides, job aids, presentations, and supporting documentation tailored to internal and external users

Training Delivery: Lead engaging instructor-led and virtual training sessions, presenting new processes and system functionality while adapting delivery to various audiences
·
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to gather requirements, address questions, incorporate feedback, and ensure training content aligns with business objectives
·
User Adoption: Support organizational change by helping users transition to new digital processes and reinforcing adoption through effective training and communication
·
Continuous Improvement: Evaluate training effectiveness, identify knowledge gaps, and refine materials and delivery methods based on user feedback
Qualifications:· 5–7 years of experience in training, enablement, instructional delivery, learning and development, or change management
· Proven experience developing and delivering training programs for business applications or digital platforms
· Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to confidently train diverse audiences
· Experience creating training materials, job aids, user guides, and supporting documentation
· Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and define learning objectives
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational and facilitation abilities
Preferred Experience:· Experience supporting digital transformation or enterprise technology implementations
· Background in financial services, banking, or Corporate Trust environments.
· Experience training external clients or customer-facing users
· Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and adult learning principles
· Experience supporting change management and user adoption initiatives
