Description
The Training Operations Specialist is responsible for managing day-to-day operations and provides comprehensive, effective and efficient administrative support. This role executes projects and requests as needed and acts as the central point of reference for coworker’s questions and needs. This role provides professional and analytical guidance in the administration and management of programs and processes for all coworkers. -Plans, executes and manages training program logistics, working closely with IT for requirements. -Leads the partner relationships. Liaise with stakeholders and partners to ensure the effective and efficient program delivery. -Create and gather data, analyze results and deliver reports with insights on the results, provide recommendations to help optimize results and drive performance. -Plan and coordinate logistics for events for training programs by managing calendars and scheduling for all training programs, meetings and training events. -Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives to continuously improve processes and programs. -Maintains financial records related to training programs adhering to invoicing and Purchase Order processes. -Manages new hire records to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with legal regulations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
MUST HAVEs -3+ years training operations experience -3+ years administrative, operations, Human Resources Systems and/or Project Management experience. -Experience using Workday -Experience with PeopleSoft HR and Learning Management systems, specifically queries and reporting. -Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience. NICE TO HAVEs -Advanced skills within WebEx Training Center -History of maintaining confidentiality in working with private and sensitive information. -History working with training content development tools (i.e. Vyond, Brainshark, Cornerstone On-Demand etc.) SOFT SKILLS -Experience creating ad hoc queries and generating reports to accurately address business requests. -Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. -Proven record of successful project management and organizational skills with critical attention to detail and accuracy. -History of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines. -History of taking initiative and working independently with little direction. -Flexible approach to work and the ability to work when needed to meet deadlines, including nights and/or weekends. -Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to be resourceful and creatively problem solve. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to positively and professionally interact with all coworkers across CDW, including executive leadership and external stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
