About the role
We are seeking a Program & Knowledge Manager who excels at connecting people, information, and learning to drive organizational effectiveness. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping how teams onboard, develop, and share knowledge across the company. From designing and refining onboarding experiences to improving product training through feedback loops, you will ensure that learning is continuous and accessible. If you have a talent for creating structure, identifying opportunities for improvement, and enabling others to succeed through well-managed knowledge systems, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to make a lasting impact.

What a day in the life looks like
  • Coordinate and manage training programs across departments, with a focus on smooth and engaging onboarding experiences.
  • Gather, track, and analyze feedback from product trainings to continually improve content and delivery. There will be a focus on tracking the impact of the training programs.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and trainers to ensure learning materials are accurate, up to date, and accessible.
  • Support knowledge management efforts — keeping resources organized, searchable, and easy to use.
  • Partner with instructors to support program delivery — helping them stay organized, aligned, and equipped to manage their assigned departments.
  • Change management & communication: help ensure teams have the knowledge and training needed to adopt new processes, tools, or products.
  • Focus on scalable program creation and learning goals throughout the global organization.
  • (Optional, depending on fit) Facilitate or deliver training sessions when needed to support program goals.

What you bring to the team
  • Experience in program management, learning & development, training coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills — you know how to juggle multiple moving pieces without losing sight of the details.
  • Comfortable gathering and interpreting feedback to drive improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in writing and presenting.
  • Bonus points if you’ve delivered training or built content before.
  • Proficient knowledge of LMS’s and eLearning and video creation software (Articulate, Camtasia, Synthesia)

Salary $100,000.00*

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is based on evaluation during the interview process, the candidates’ range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
