We are currently looking for a Training Program Manager to join our team.

As a member of the Learning & Development Team, this role is responsible for effectively supporting the planning and execution of training and development initiatives. Key responsibilities include assisting with program planning, supporting the development of training materials, preparing communications, managing program logistics, maintaining process documentation, survey management, and program reporting.

Additionally, the Training Program Manager will facilitate the administration of the Learning Management System and the deployment of online learning. This includes managing the configuration of curriculum, deployment of courses, troubleshooting, and reporting.

Qualifications include:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience with high school diploma/ GED) in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field required
  • 5+ years of HR/ training/ program administration-related experience
  • 3+ years of experience as an LMS Administrator, Training Program Manager, Training Support, or similar roles preferred
  • 1+ years of experience utilizing project management skills; demonstrated program management experience in Human Resources/ Learning & Development
  • Background in instructional design; ability to develop training collateral using adult and active learning principles preferred
  • Experience with varied feedback/survey tools, methods, and reports preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience working with learning or HRIS databases
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization
  • Advanced planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong analytical skills; solid decision-making abilities coupled with sound judgment

Compensation
  • The hiring range for this position is between $75,000.00-$85,000.00 annually
  • This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
