Join our Team as a Training Program Manager!
The Role:
The Training Program Manager is responsible for developing and facilitating training programs for Toyota Material Handling dealer sales and customer service teams. This role leverages multiple delivery methods, including in-person workshops, virtual sessions, and e-learning modules to enhance performance and drive business results. The Training Program Manager partners closely with customers to assess development needs, create tailored learning solutions, and support talent growth to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop training assets aligned with organizational objectives
- Develop comprehensive programs through research, analysis, and alignment with business goals
- Facilitate blended learning experiences that combine instructor-led training, digital learning, workshops, and experiential on-the-job practice
- Evaluate training effectiveness by conducting assessments, analyzing participant feedback, and recommending process or curriculum improvements
- Maintain subject matter proficiency and continuously identify opportunities to enhance course content, delivery methods, and learner engagement
- Manage learning activities within the Learning Management System, including scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and monitoring learner progress
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or related field
- Background in material handling or warehouse operations is beneficial and will support success in this role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience designing and delivering training
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Experience working within a Learning Management System
- Ability to analyze training data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Strong project management and organizational skills

Enjoy the best of both worlds with a hybrid schedule—collaborate in person at our Columbus, IN office and work remotely Thursdays and Fridays, as business needs allow.
Up to 50% travel may be required.
What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:
Salary - $65,323 - $94,670 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
Relocation: This role may be eligible for relocation assistance.
