As a Training Specialist on the AOMS I&C team, you will assist with the development, coordination, and implementation of training programs within AOMS for site administration across multiple business segments. You will be an experienced individual contributor with an understanding of training methodologies and the ability to execute independently and as a member of the team.

You will report to the I&C Resource Manager and will be based out of our Waltz Mill facility in Madison, PA.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act in role of I&C Resource Manager as required
  • Create training and materials as identified in the strategy and plan
  • Assist I&C Resource Manager with staffing as needed
  • Perform in-field work for projects or related I&C work
  • Maintain SAP I&C qualification database
  • Facilitate training sessions and related workshops
  • Collaborate across business segments to optimize services and processes to support seasonal Outages
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and communication methods and resources through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make recommendations about how to improve outcomes.
  • Provide regular status reporting to the I&C Resource Manager
  • Execute all logistics activities connected to AOMS Training and Outreach events
 
Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree in Industrial Instrumentation or equivalent discipline
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Understanding of the SAP Bid to Bank workflow
  • Strong understanding of training methodologies and best practices
