🏥 Who Are We?
At Movemedical, we build the world’s most advanced enterprise SaaS platform for medical device supply chain automation and field inventory optimization. Our solution powers some of the largest medical device companies in the world. We’ve achieved strong product-market fit and are growing fast, onboarding enterprise clients and scaling our implementation practice. Our software changes the way healthcare works, and our people make that transformation possible.

We’re looking for a Training Specialist who’s eager to grow, passionate about helping others succeed, and ready to make a real impact on how people learn and thrive with our platform!

❓ Who Are You?
You are an engaging trainer and facilitator who thrives on helping others succeed. You’re able to take complex software concepts and translate them into simple, relatable instruction. You enjoy working directly with people - whether in a live group session, one-on-one coaching, or through digital training content - and you’re energized by seeing others gain confidence.

This isn’t just about instruction, it’s about influence. You collaborate with cross-functional teams, listen to learners’ needs, and adapt your delivery to meet people where they are. You bring energy, empathy, and clarity to every training experience.

🔍 What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience delivering software training or coaching adults, ideally in tech or healthcare, across both internal teams and external clients.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with confidence leading live sessions for diverse learners.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software systems and translate complex functionality into user-friendly instruction.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles (e.g., ADDIE) and adult learning theory.
  • Experience managing LMS platforms, including assigning training, tracking completions, and reporting on learner progress.
  • Background in creating assessments and delivering feedback that drives learning and performance improvement.
  • Hands-on proficiency with tools such as Prezi, PowerPoint, Camtasia, and Articulate Rise 360.

💥 What You'll Do
🛠️ Training & Delivery Leadership
  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs for customers and internal teams, across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
  • Facilitate live sessions, prepare training environments, and provide coaching to reinforce learning.
  • Support post-go-live adoption efforts by reinforcing key workflows, addressing knowledge gaps, and promoting ongoing platform engagement.
  • Coordinate onboarding by managing schedules, delivering sessions, reviewing assessments, and tracking progress through the LMS.

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with subject matter experts, product, and support teams to ensure training aligns with real-world workflows and evolving product updates.
  • Work with instructional designers to refine training materials based on learner feedback and product enhancements.
  • Act as a trusted voice for learners by providing insights back to product and support teams.

📈 Continuous Improvement & Growth
  • Create and maintain instructional content, pre-learning materials, videos, job aids, and assessments to improve engagement and clarity.
  • Monitor learner progress and adoption trends using assessments, feedback, LMS data, and usage metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Travel up to 25%. This role starts with a focus on internal new hire onboarding and compliance training. During your first several months, travel will be minimal. As you grow into client-facing training, you can expect up to ~25% travel (generally about one week per month) for onsite training sessions.

📈 What Success Looks Like
  • You independently manage internal onboarding for new hires, delivering strong instructional outcomes.
  • You deliver training to a mid-sized client and support a successful go-live.
  • You achieve consistently high learner satisfaction from both internal and external audiences.
  • You contribute to a measurable reduction in post-training support needs.
  • You co-design improved instructor-led training materials based on feedback and results.
