Support post-go-live adoption efforts by reinforcing key workflows, addressing knowledge gaps, and promoting ongoing platform engagement.
Coordinate onboarding by managing schedules, delivering sessions, reviewing assessments, and tracking progress through the LMS.

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with subject matter experts, product, and support teams to ensure training aligns with real-world workflows and evolving product updates.
Work with instructional designers to refine training materials based on learner feedback and product enhancements.
Act as a trusted voice for learners by providing insights back to product and support teams.

📈 Continuous Improvement & Growth

Create and maintain instructional content, pre-learning materials, videos, job aids, and assessments to improve engagement and clarity.
Monitor learner progress and adoption trends using assessments, feedback, LMS data, and usage metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Travel up to 25%. This role starts with a focus on internal new hire onboarding and compliance training. During your first several months, travel will be minimal.
