Job Summary
Analyzes customer training needs, develops, and organizes the training service, and provides training on assigned applications. Masters assigned applications and related workflows to develop audience-specific training infrastructure (including traditional and computer-based curriculum materials); organizes the registration and certification processes; and conducts classroom and one-on-one training. Works closely with project leadership and key customer leaders, to ensure that the training program is appropriately structured to satisfy a broad range of training audience requirements, including physicians. Regularly provides guidance, to less experienced Information Training Specialists.

• The supplier is responsible for training contractors in VNDLY, while hiring managers are responsible for training in Planview (once approved, Planview timesheets integrate into VNDLY for payment). VNDLY is our platform for invoicing and payments, so if timesheets are not completed with manager approval, it will impact your agency payment from Corewell Health. Contractors are responsible for follow up with their managers for approval.

• If a Service Provider or Contingent Worker fails to take action required for accurate invoicing within 45 days following the end of a pay cycle in which services were provided, then Corewell Health shall not be obligated to make payment to Service Provider for those services.

• Examples of action: If staff provided services ending the week Sep 3, 2023 and Service Provider does not submit accurate timesheets no later Oct 18, 2023, Corewell Health shall not be obligated to pay for the service provided during that timeframe.

• Supplier must take system action to implement agreed upon rate changes prior to the week the change becomes effective.

• It is highly recommended that timesheet reconciliation and issue inquiry/correction is performed by the supplier prior to the 45 days.

• No other forms of invoicing are accepted outside of our timesheet approval process.
