Salary Range: 30.00 - 32.00 | Per Hour

Position Details:

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 12 Months + Possible Extension

Shift hours: Std Business Hours

Pay Range: $30/hr - $35/hr

Role and Responsibilities:

Professional Role: This is a professional-level role requiring deep expertise in a specific area, understanding of industry standards, and knowledge of how the team integrates with other business units.
Communication: Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are crucial for conveying complex information and handling sensitive situations.

Training Delivery:

Delivers various training programs (product, technical, systems, sales, behavioral, skills-based) in a virtual environment.
Utilizes adult learning principles and diverse instructional methods and media.
Delivers nationally developed curricula consistently.
Manages the learning environment to ensure desired learning outcomes and knowledge transfer.
Possesses knowledge of course content and materials.
Agile Environment: The role may operate within an adaptive, self-managed, cross-functional Agile development team.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training delivery preferred.
Schedule: Flexible availability to accommodate day and evening training sessions.
Technical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods for virtual training delivery.
Reliable personal internet connection and computer equipment.
