Highlights

Provide technical support via phone, ticket system, chat, and walk-in for MSU community.

Assist with endpoint imaging, printer installations, virtual desktop infrastructure support, and basic hardware repairs.
Support identity and access management tasks including password resets and MFA guidance.
Use enterprise ticketing and endpoint management tools in line with UIT standards and ITSM practices.
Contribute to knowledge base and help documentation using KCS-aligned practices.
Promote security best practices and assist with endpoint vulnerability remediation.
Required skills include experience with Windows/macOS support, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Azure AD, VPN, and client-side networking.
Salary ranges from $23.00 to $25.25 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Must have valid driver’s license, pass background check, and demonstrate strong customer service and communication abilities.
