Develop, plan, and manage programs including the Research Apprenticeship, Student Led Research Grants, and Research Roundtable.
Manage multiple program budgets and supervise graduate and undergraduate student staff.
Coordinate logistics for major events such as the Undergraduate Research and Creative Activities Conference, Faculty Research Showcase, and Paper Writing competition.
Possibility of teaching courses associated with the Emerging Scholars Program (UA 155 or UA 156).
Travel for recruitment related to the Research Apprenticeship Program.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 4 years experience or Master's degree with 2 years experience.
Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be at least 19 years old, with driving record compliant to university policies.
Skills needed include strong communication, organizational and management abilities, public speaking, and experience working with diverse students and faculty.
Preferred qualifications include a Master’s in Higher Education or related field, project/program management experience, undergraduate teaching experience, and research experience.
Salary range: Minimum $56,600 to Midpoint $73,600 (Salaried E9).
