McGraw Hill, the leading provider of digital and print educational resources, is looking for a User Experience Design Manager. The User Experience Design Manager leads and develops a team of designers to deliver highâquality, userâcentered design solutions across a business unit or product area. This role sets design standards, ensures consistency and quality across experiences, and partners closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align design outcomes with customer needs and business priorities. As a people manager, the role is responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing talent; working with employees to establish annual goals and objectives; conducting timely performance evaluations; and monitoring and controlling team expenses. The User Experience Design Manager balances strategic direction with practical execution to drive iterative, impactful design results.

The pay range for this position is between $108,175 - $140,000 annually. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
