- Requires two years of progressive HR experience with strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and payroll regulations.
- Proficiency with HRIM software is required; experience in higher education and PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
- Compensation is approximately $40.00 hourly.
- Appointment length is 4 months with possible extension.
- Collaborate closely with University Human Resources and support compliance in recruitment and HR operations.
