This hybrid role supports the daily operations, programming, and student engagement for the Albright Entrepreneurs Village, coordinating between University Housing and Innovation and Entrepreneurship programs. The coordinator manages event planning, staff support, and supports experiential learning programs to enhance student development outside the classroom.

Highlights
  • Support day-to-day operations and engagement for the Albright Entrepreneurs Village living-learning community
  • Conduct biweekly check-ins with Village Mentors and collaborate with Residence Life staff
  • Plan and execute Village programming and events, completing necessary housing system forms
  • Manage purchasing of supplies and ensure alignment with community mission and learning objectives
  • Serve as liaison between Innovation & Entrepreneurship programs and University Housing
  • Support experiential learning programs and curricular partnerships with the Director of AEV and Student Learning
  • Required bachelor’s degree with strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Preferred experience with student leadership, residential life, innovation & entrepreneurship programs, and university housing systems like ERezLife
  • 40 hours per week with an anticipated pay of $25.00 per hour
  • Temporary appointment lasting 3-6 months
