Working/Functional Title
Vended Product Administrator
Position Summary

The Enterprise Services Vended Productions team is responsible for the administration and support of many vendors and SaaS (Software as a Service) applications for various departments and colleges across Michigan State University. This position will report to the Vended Products and CRM Manager.

This position will join the team to support the Enterprise level TDX (TeamDynamix) ITSM (IT Service Management) and PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) software.  The person in this position will be responsible for administration work, deployments from between TDX environments, development work in the TDX iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service), Workflow creation and management, and software integrations.

This position is a hybrid position and will require onsite presence for 2 days per week.

Minimum Requirements
Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a four-year college degree program with coursework in an information technology specialization related to the area of employment; three to five years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in an information technology area related to the duties to be performed; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Desired Qualifications
Advanced knowledge and understanding of the operation of enterprise application software and systems; advanced experience with troubleshooting and maintaining vended applications; experience developing workflows and solutions to automate or expedite processes; experience querying in Oracle and SQL environments; experience with Javascript; and experience consuming REST APIs
