We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President of Artificial Intelligence to spearhead the transformation of AI implementation for our content solutions and data insight augmentation efforts. What You’ll Do

  • Develop and articulate a comprehensive AI strategy for achieving measurable returns on AI investments across product and verticals.
  • Define and drive company-wide AI governance, policies, and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the CPO, CEO, and CTO to ensure alignment between AI strategies and overall business objectives.
  • Partner closely with product and development teams, to determine AI integration strategies, prioritize efforts, and drive the design, development, and implementation of AI technologies.
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams for a unified approach to AI integration. 
  • Drive key AI initiatives, providing clear timelines and actionable plans for implementation.
  • Regularly report to the executive team and key stake holders on actionable AI initiatives, providing insights into progress, timelines, and expected returns.
  • Implement initiatives to gain valuable insights from AI implementation efforts, leveraging data to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
  • Utilize AI technologies to enhance content and operational software teams' capabilities, fostering innovation and optimization.
  • Collaborate with design and user experience teams to integrate AI in a way that enhances user satisfaction.
  • Lead, motivate, and inspire teams to embrace AI technologies and contribute to the organization's overall success.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of AI initiatives.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize AI models and algorithms to improve performance and reliability. 

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in computer science, AI, data science or related field. 
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI implementation and strategy with a B2B SaaS organization. 
  • Expert in modern AI technologies (including generative AI), machine learning models, data analytics, and the underlying infrastructure & engineering to reliably deploy these models at scale. 
  • Proficient in implementing AI solutions within the context of Vector Solutions' technology stack, using .NET, Java, and SQL Databases. 
  • Proven track record in recommending effective implementation of solutions that improve functionality, enhance business outcomes, and drive ROI. 
  • Strong regulatory knowledge of AI, ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations and  standards. 
  • Established leader with a proven ability to work matrix-style, driving teams and influencing outcomes. 
  • Demonstrated experience leading people outside of direct lines of reporting.
  • Goal-oriented with a clear objective to own the implementation of AI at Vector Solutions.
