Job Description
SUMMARY:
The Workforce Intelligence Partner is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, position management and reporting integrity across Stride's HR systems. This role plays a critical part in headcount tracking, RECON alignment, and workforce planning support by maintaining accurate organizational data and translating it into actionable insights for the HR team and business leaders.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Manage Workday position control and support RECON processes across the enterprise
· Maintain data accuracy in organizational charts, job requisitions, and position tracking
· Partner with Strategic HRBPs and Finance to ensure alignment between headcount, budget, and staffing plans
· Generate and distribute standard and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards
· Identify and resolve data inconsistencies or gaps across HR systems
· Manage reporting outputs, documentation or support for meetings (MESO)
· Manage the implementation of HRBP project / programs (i.e., project management)
· Support workforce planning cycles with accurate data, trend analysis, and forecasting
· Create and refine documentation for position management processes and reporting standards
· Collaborate with IT and PXIS on Workday functionality improvements and reporting enhancements
· Manage audits for HRBP function (i.e. SOX audits, monthly severance)
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Three (3) years of HRIS, HR Operations, or workforce analytics experience
· Strong proficiency with Workday or other enterprise HRIS platforms
· Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify patterns, troubleshoot issues, and propose logical solutions
· Highly organized and detailed oriented, with a strong commitment to data integrity and process accuracy
· Comfortable working in ambiguity with a problem-solving mindset
· Proactive communicator who collaborates effectively across HR, Finance, and IT functions
· Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote work environment
· Demonstrates discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive or confidential information
· Flexible, adaptable and open to learning new systems, processes and ways of working
· Comfortable operating in a remote, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
· Excel guru (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)
· Proficient MS365, Workday, Navex
· Ability to travel up to 15%
· Ability to clear the required background check

Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range. 
  • We anticipate the salary range to be $45,516.75 - $80,000.00 per year. The upper end of this range is not likely to be offered, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
