We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and collaborative individual to join our team as a Worldwide Learning Program Manager. In this role, you will design and own programs that help users learn using cutting edge Microsoft technologies, upskill to meet the moment with AI, and build their professional identities and relationships within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
Master's Degree or equivalent AND/OR 1+ year(s) experience in Learning and Development, management consulting, program design, relevant technical roles, business development, OR Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's Degree) AND/OR 2+ experience in learning and development, management consulting, program design, relevant technical roles, business development, research, industry, OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience creating frameworks and articulating organization-wide strategies with an outside-in perspective.
  • Experience working with industry upskilling and credentialing programs, and familiarity with the rapidly changing AI landscape for both knowledge workers and developers.
  • Experience defining product strategy, prioritize across features, and align cross-functional teams (engineering, design, research).
  • Communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management experience. 
  • Experience in defining success metrics and measuring impact.

Preferred Qualificatons
Master's Degree or equivalent AND 4+ years experience in learning and development, management consulting, program design, relevant technical roles, business development, OR Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's) AND 6+ years experience in learning and development, management consulting, program design, relevant technical roles, business development, research, industry, OR equivalent experience.
 
Integrated Learning IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
