Maintain consistent communication with students through email, phone, and in-person meetings
Train students on advising tools, degree audits, and support those on academic probation
Participate in recruitment, orientation, registration activities, and commencement ceremonies
Work collaboratively with College leadership, Enrollment Management, and faculty
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree and at least one year of academic advising or student support experience in higher education
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to use higher education software systems
Salary: $43,001 annually
