In this role, you’ll partner with school districts to understand their evolving needs, uncover opportunities for meaningful impact, and help leaders make informed decisions that strengthen outcomes for educators, staff, and students. You’ll manage complex sales opportunities with a high degree of ownership while helping shape long-term territory growth and mentoring newer sales team members along the way.

How You’ll Drive Success

  • Develop and execute territory strategies that align customer needs with Frontline’s solutions and long-term partnership goals.
  • Build thoughtful account plans for key districts, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and expand impact.
  • Use AI-powered insights, analytics, and customer data to uncover whitespace opportunities, prioritize outreach, and strengthen forecasting accuracy.
  • Maintain a healthy, balanced pipeline that supports consistent performance across quarters and fiscal periods.
  • Lead sophisticated, multi-threaded sales cycles with a consultative and customer-focused approach.
  • Facilitate alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, including district leadership, operational teams, and executive decision-makers.
  • Collaborate closely with Solutions Consulting partners to deliver compelling demonstrations and tailored solution discussions.
  • Build trusted relationships with cabinet-level leaders by understanding district priorities and communicating clear, outcome-driven value.
  • Present business cases and ROI narratives that connect technology investments to meaningful educational outcomes.
  • Ensure smooth transitions from sales to implementation by documenting customer priorities, stakeholder alignment, and success metrics.
  • Maintain strong operational discipline through accurate Salesforce management, pipeline visibility, and reliable forecasting practices.
  • Support and mentor Account Executive I team members by sharing best practices, encouraging growth, and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.

What You Bring to Help Us Grow
  • Three to five years of outside sales experience, preferably within SaaS, technology, or education-related industries.
  • Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding revenue targets in a consultative sales environment.
  • Experience managing complex opportunities and engaging multiple stakeholders throughout the sales process.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt strategy, and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce to manage pipeline health and forecasting accuracy.
  • Comfort leveraging AI-enabled tools and insights to support planning, prioritization, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • A collaborative mindset with a willingness to coach, mentor, and support team success.

Compensation & Benefits
Frontline Education offers a competitive compensation package designed to support our employees’ well-being, growth, and long-term success. Compensation for this role will be based on experience, skills, geographic location, and internal equity considerations.

The base pay range for this role is $90,000-$100,000. Comission is a 50/50 split with OTE potential being $180,000+.
