Job Description  | The Accounting Clerk II performs diverse clerical accounting tasks, including processing, recording, and maintaining financial and statistical records.

Job Duties  | Oversee the processing of purchase orders, payroll information, inter-departmental transfers, invoices, credit memos, and vouchers. Verify accounting data for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies. Record accounts receivable and accounts payable in automated systems. Assist in reconciling budgets and balancing financial records. Administer the receipt of payments, prepare receipts, and make deposits. Gather information for audits and assist in audit processes. Research and resolve problems related to area of assignment.
